It’s seriously crunch time, or as Steve would put it, “crush time”! The semester, and my college career, are alllllmost over! But this is the unavoidable part of the semester when all the projects and presentations are due and the amount of work has been pretty stressful so far. I try not to let the stress get to me but it’s hard because so much is riding on doing well in these last two weeks. The important thing to remember though is that I have God on my side. I know that God will sustain me and give me peace through these challenging couple of weeks. The verse that comes to mind is Philippians 4:6-7 which says, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made know to God; and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Knowing that God is there for me gives me peace that He has taken care of my greatest need in forgiving my sins and that He can certainly strengthen me and comfort me during a tough time like this! If we take our requests before God in prayer and supplication and thanksgiving God will comfort us and give us peace to make it through trials and come out stronger in faith! Praise be to God for His salvation and mercy!
